Follow the easy to use instructions provided with your kit. Provide a saliva sample in the collection unit and seal the container.. All the DNA we need is in your saliva! Send the kit back to our partner lab in the enclosed pre-paid envelope. Click here for an instructional video on how to complete the saliva collection process.
Receive an email notification when your test kit arrives in the laboratory. You will then be asked to schedule an appointment to speak with your certified genetic counselor about your results and what they mean. You will also have the opportunity to schedule a follow-up appointment in case you have additional questions. View a sample report.
