Accepted credit cards

• We accept all four major credit cards for online purchases, including: VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Novus, and American Express®. We do not accept cash, Paypal, personal checks, or money orders.

Charges for returns

• As outlined in our return policy, we will deduct a $100 restocking fee for all acceptable returns. You will be required to pay for shipping back to the Alzheimer’s Mirror facility.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for your partial refund/credit – less the original shipping and handling costs – to appear on your bank statement.

Sales tax information

• Due to U.S. federal operational regulations, residents of Pennsylvania will be assessed an additional sales tax for any purchase(s) made.
