How do I track delivery?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Care team. The email will provide you with a UPS tracking number so you can follow your shipment from Alzheimer’s Mirror to your home .
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of purchasing your risk assessment:
- Add “customercare@ALZmirror.com to your address book and check your junk mail to ensure our emails are not being directed there. If the problem is still not solved, please reach out to us immediately using our customer contact form
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Once you receive an email that your order has been shipped, your kit should arrive within 2-3 business days of purchase. The email you receive from customercare@ALZmirror.com will include a tracking number for your package. Please contact us if you have trouble locating your kit.
Has my return been received?
- As outlined in our return policy, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your kit. Please note that we are not responsible for tracking your returns, nor will we be held accountable if they are lost during shipping.
Can I cancel my order if it has not been shipped?
- You may cancel your order for a full refund, as long as it has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you may return it to us, unopened, within 30 days of original purchase, and we will credit you the cost of the kit minus a $100 restocking fee.
- Please note: You are responsible for shipping your kit to Alzheimer’s Mirror. DO NOT use the prepaid label included with your kit, as it will direct your package to our laboratory, not our facilities.
