- You will be assessed a one-time $14.95 shipping and handling fee in addition to the base price of your purchase.

- Our preferred carrier, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a street address as your shipping address.
How do I ship my saliva collection back?
Place your saliva collection sample in the provided return envelope. It is already prepaid and preaddressed. Drop it off at your nearest UPS location. If you would like to have your package picked up by a UPS representative, you must call UPS Customer Service (1-800-PICK-UPS) and tell the representative that you have a package for pick-up. Provide the representative with your tracking number and tell him/her that the package is a 2 nd Day Air Return.
If you do not provide the representative with the preceding information, you may be assessed a $10 charge at pick-up.

Can I call a UPS driver to pick up my package?
If you would like to have your package picked up by a UPS representative, you must call UPS Customer Service (1-800-PICK-UPS) and tell the representative that you have a package for pick-up. Provide the representative with your tracking number and tell him/her that the package is a 2 nd Day Air Return.
If you provide this information, you will not be charged for a pick-up. If you do not provide the preceding information, you will be charged a $10 fee by UPS.
