I receive an error message when I try to go through with the purchase.
I placed my order online but did not receive a confirmation email
I am unable to check out.
- The following may be causing the error:
- First, check to make sure you have logged in correctly. The password field is case sensitive, so you must enter your password using the exact same case as when you registered. Ex: your password is "mirror" (all lower case) and you entered "Mirror" (first letter is capitalized).
If you cannot remember your password, click here and we'll send it to you.
- Did you complete your Readiness Quiz questionnaire? You must answer all the required questions before you can progress through checkout

- Were both the credit card number and/or the expiration date you submitted correct? We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Network, and the American Express Card.
- Did you enter the correct billing address and zip code?
- Did you enter the correct security code (CVV)?
- Did you try to ship your package to a PO Box? UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, so try entering a different shipping address.
